5 Months Already!

Wow does time fly! I can't believe our little girl is already 5 months old! It seems like just yesterday that we came home from the hospital. We just had her 4 month check up 2 weeks ago and the doctor said everything looks great. She weighed in at 13 lbs 11 oz (55th percentile) and was 24 inches long (also the 55th percentile.) She also had to get two shots, which consisted of Sofia crying for about 5 seconds and in true Sofia fashion, she stopped the second the paci hit her mouth!

She is changing so much so fast! She now enjoys bouncing around in her jumperoo that my parents got her for Christmas. We're still working on rolling over, but she can now "scoot" on her back for a short distance to get what she wants.

I had a very enjoyable spring break with our good friends from Greenville, Jeff, Michelle, John, Mary, and Elliott! We played a lot of games, ate a lot of food and had a wonderful time catching up. The week was a small glimpse at summer break, which is only about a month and a half away! It was wonderful being home with Sofia and Stephen. Please continue to pray that the Lord will lead us to what he would have us to do in this next phase in our lives. Also, please pray with us that I will be able to stay motivated to finish out this year strong and that Stephen will do the same. Thanks for all of your prayers thus far! It is such an encouragement and blessing to have such friends and family to pray with!
