9 Months Update

Well...we had Sofia's doctor apointment with her new pediatrician today. He was so nice and spent about an hour with us getting to know her and doing the exam. Sofia weighed 14 lbs 4 ounces and was 27 inches long. This was not a good report! She weighed 14 lbs 10 ounces at her last apt. putting her in the 50th percentile for weight. Well...she's not on the charts anymore. The doctor was not very concerned and attributed it to the fact that I'm still nursing and well...our lives have been stressful for what is going on two months now, therefore decreasing my milk supply. He said that because she has little fat "dimples" on her wrists and knees he knows she's getting what she needs. Of course, this was very hard for me to hear! The fact that I wasn't giving my baby what she needs was very sad to me, and of course, amongst all the other emotions in my life right now...I started crying, right there in the office! I know what you're thinking...how embarassing! Anyways....please pray that Sofia will be able to gain some weight! In happy news...we have a closing scheduled for Friday at 11:00!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!! Please also pray that that will go through and that we can start moving in that night! :)
